In the early 90s, the Muhammad Ali Jinnah Highway pedestrian underpass was constructed in the Azadi Square area to facilitate pedestrian movement in Area 5. The first phase included two entrances, one on the eastern side and one on the western side, featuring 6 escalators and 2 elevators for disabled access.

Ace Tech Company is proud to be responsible for the installation contract of 8 escalators for this underpass. These escalators are heavy-duty commercial types designed for high traffic.
