The 555-unit Mehr Zaytoun housing project, located in Pardisan Qom, covers an area of 6 hectares and consists of 100 blocks with 7 and 5 units, sized at 92, 79, and 85 square meters. This project employs industrial construction methods and utilizes modern construction technologies, including the “Duka” mold system, for the first time in Qom province.
