This station was opened as the 133rd metro station in Tehran on August 18, 2016, and has 14,000 square meters of indoor space. The 555-unit Mehr Zaytoun housing project, located in Pardisan Qom, covers an area of 6 hectares and consists of 100 blocks with 7 and 5 units, sized at 92, 79, and 85 square meters. This project employs industrial construction methods and utilizes modern construction technologies, including the “Duka” mold system, for the first time in Qom province.

This project was constructed on an area of 5 hectares, involving the acquisition and demolition of more than 300 residential, commercial, and service units, with a budget of over 155 billion Tomans, completed over a period of three years by the Azerbaijan Construction and Development Company of Tabriz Municipality.

The Elysium shopping center, currently under construction, will have 14 floors and will feature facilities such as a hypermarket, 2 restaurant floors, a hall, a cinema, a rooftop garden (green roof), a food court, and 700 parking spaces. It is located near OPG buildings and three higher education centers. Thanks to the efforts of professionals and hard workers, 8% of the project planning has already been completed.
